
OUR Services
Our services are provided by nurses and other health care professionals within the hospice program. A hospice team member is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a problem should arise, the team member may offer advice over the phone and, if warranted, make a visit. Services provided by the hospice care team includes:
Services
NURSING CARE

Our skilled nursing team provides compassionate, individualized care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Nurses monitor symptoms, manage pain and medications, provide ongoing support, and help patients and families navigate each step of the hospice journey.
PHYSICIAN SERVICES

Our hospice physicians work closely with the care team to oversee each patient’s medical needs and plan of care. They help manage symptoms, coordinate treatment, and provide guidance designed to promote comfort and peace of mind.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELING

Hospice care supports the whole person, including emotional and spiritual well-being. Our spiritual counselors provide compassionate listening, encouragement, and individualized support according to each patient’s and family’s personal beliefs, values, and wishes.
Bereavement Services

Grief and loss can be difficult to navigate. Our bereavement services provide compassionate support to family members and loved ones before and after a loss, offering resources, guidance, and a caring presence throughout the grieving process.
Certified Nurse Aide

Certified Nurse Aides provide hands-on personal care that helps patients remain comfortable and maintain dignity. Assistance may include bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and other daily care needs while providing a reassuring and compassionate presence.
Medical Equipment

We help coordinate the medical equipment and supplies needed to support comfort and care in the patient’s chosen setting. Depending on individual needs, equipment may include hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, oxygen equipment, and other supportive items.
