for Hospice?
Every person is different, but this signs often indicate that it’s time for hospice care:
- Frequent hospital visit or trips to the ER
- Weakness, frailty or extreme fatique

- Loss of pleasure or interest in activities

Your doctor may suggest hospice if he or she thinks that you probably have six months or less to live. However, anyone can make a referral for hospice care. Even if you aren’t sure if you’re ready for hospice care, we may be able to connect you to other helpful programs.
Does insurance cover hospice care?
Hospice may be reimbursed by the following (if hospice criteria are met)
- Medicare Part A (as per Medicare guidelines)
- Medicaid (as specified by the State)
- Third Party Insurance (as specified by the individual’s insurance policy)

physician & geriatric nurse practitioner
Geriatric nurses take care of older people who need extra help and attention. They work hard to make their patients feel better and have a better life. These nurses are trained to handle the unique medical and emotional needs of elderly individuals. They provide assistance with daily activities, administer medications, and monitor their overall health to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for their patients
